Tyler Eng, DPT
Tyler is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He is an ex-collegiate soccer player and avid runner, and has participated in several marathons, half-marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks. Through his own experience with running injuries, Tyler understands the challenges that runners face and aims to help runners continue to train while recovering, build strength and resilience, and allow them to continue running into their golden years.

Susan Nowell, DPT
Susan is an avid distance runner and ran Marathons, Ultra marathons & Iron mans (Kona World championship 2018)
Professionally, she practices as a PT in the Bay Area and has been treating endurance runners and athletes since 2004.

John Donovan, DPT & Running Coach
John is an avid runner since high school and lives, works, and trains in the hills around the North Bay of San Francisco, competing for the West Valley Track Club. Professionally, he is dedicated to helping runners return to activities and maximizing their potential.

Pinder Baidwan, MPT, OCS
Pinder Baidwan is a board certified orthopedic specialist with over 20 year’s experience treating professional, Olympic and amateur athletes alike. She specializes in post operative and non operative advanced sports rehabilitation. Her treatments employ a variety of techniques including cupping (myofascial decompression), fascial manipulation, corrective exercise, movement pattern re-training and running analysis. She is further certified in Pilates, MFD and Stecco Method Fascial Manipulation and Titleist Golf Fitness Instruction. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, for over 20 years Pinder was a competitive athlete and coach in Gymnastics, Track and Field (Heptathlon), Triathlon and Fitness Training. Currently, she is active in Salsa dancing, Biking, Swimming and Skiing.
