Can I use insurance?

We accept cash upfront, but are able to provide you with a superbill that you can take to your insurance to get reimbursed for the care you received from us. The reimbursement amount will depend on your health plan and your deductible.To find your Out-of-Network benefits, you can call the phone number on the back of your insurance card. If you need assistance submitting a superbill to your insurance company, let us know and we would be happy to help.

What is a superbill?

A superbill is a special type of receipt that is provided to a patient by a healthcare practitioner for submitting reimbursement claims to insurance companies - it will contain detailed information about the patient, the practitioner and the visit. Your superbill will cover the full cost of your subscription plan and may include multiple visits. You'll receive the superbill in an email after we bill you at the end of the month.

How do I submit a superbill to my insurance?

You can either:Call the number on the back of your insurance card and find out how to submit a superbill to them directlyWe have partnered with Reimbursify for you to easily submit your claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement from your smartphone. Can I change my monthly subscription plan?

Absolutely. If you would like to switch to a different plan, send an email to

Can I add an extra session this month?

Yes! Adding a session to your monthly subscription costs an additional $120, which will be included in your next bill.

When do you bill me?

We bill at the end of each month and charge the payment method you have added to your profile. If you need a superbill to submit to insurance, email and we will send you one.

Do you accept FSA/HSA accounts?

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), we also accept this form of payment instead of a credit card.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Just email and she will disconnect you from your PT.

What is your cancellation policy for PT sessions?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can cancel/reschedule a session by going to the email booking confirmation you initially received. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a fifty dollar ($50) fee; this will not be covered by your insurance company.
